Elders

1 Peter 5:1-4

The ministry of the elders is multifaceted in a church. A church should appoint a plurality of qualified elders who are gifted in different ministries and can use their gifts for the building up of the church. The elders comprise a team of men who cohesively work together to pursue and carryout the shepherding and teaching of the church.
